On April 3rd, our team had the opportunity to join industry leaders, experts, and innovators in Valencia for the TIC4.0 General Assembly, an event that continues to shape the future of digitalization and standardization across ports and terminals globally.
Held alongside the Container Terminal Automation Conference Europe (CTAC2025), the General Assembly provided a platform for members of the TIC4.0 community to share updates, exchange knowledge, and discuss the standardisation efforts currently being advanced, including key developments within ISO. It was particularly energizing to witness the growing engagement of the international port and terminal community with TIC4.0’s mission and task-force initiatives.
At GullsEye, we are proud to contribute to this collective momentum. From aligning on new frameworks for port digitalization to exploring practical applications of automation, our experience at the Assembly reaffirmed the value of collaboration and open dialogue in solving today’s most pressing operational challenges.
